This module is used for blocking users to login on site after N times of wrongly password entering for M minutes.
Configurations:
1. Number of allowed login attempts.
2. The number of minutes user can't use his login.
3. E-mail text to send to account owner after blocking.
Disabled users can be enabled at admin/user/user using "Enable logging in for the selected users" user operation.
