For those of you who can read and speak russian. First Belarus barcamp format conference called "ByCamp 2008" will start at 20-21 of December. There is no finished presentations list (barcamp style, you know) but we have already one Drupal related presentation about Drupal site optimization. Keep going, ByCamp!
